These is our popular D Ø30 mm x H 8.5 mm x d Ø28.5 mm neodymium round magnet with a protective plastic coating.  The plastic coating is very much durable layer of plastic, which protects the magnet from impact damage and corrosion.  The plastic coating is very water resistant, but not recommended for underwater use, as the rubber seal is not guaranteed waterproof.  The plastic also helps to limit slipping on smooth surfaces.
