This magnetic bushing assembly is composed of Neodymium Magnet, steel casing and thread rod. The use of magnetic bushing is quite simple.Set bushing magnet on the steel panel formwork and place PVC pipe on the bushing magnet. then add concrete around the pipe.The contact surface should be clean and flat otherwise will reduce its actual magnetic force. By using a hexagonal tool. you could easily take the bushing magnet off.

The inserted socket fixing magnet consists NdFeB Magnet, steel casing and thread rod. The Ndfeb Magnet is with NiCuNi plating and steel is plated with zinc or other coating to prevent corrosion.Inserted socket fixing magnet is the best solution to premake holes or fix pipes on precast concrete.
The contact surface should be clean and flat otherwise the actual magnetic force will be reduced. The max working temperature of Neodymium Magnet is 80 ℃. If higher working temperature is needed,the higher grade NdFeB magnets will be necessary then.
