Round Grate Magnet or Normal Round Magnetic Grate ,also can be named hopper magnets when they are installed in hoppers. Magnetic Hopper Grate can be supplied in circular, rectangular or square format and are therefore universally applicable, especially for tubular systems, funnels or chutes.

Application: Hopper magnets can be installed in odd and irregular-shaped hoppers and ducts to removeing small and fine iron from dry granule materials.

Magnetic Grates and Grid Separators are a commonly used method of extracting magnetic fragments from hoppers, chutes, ducts, and packing outlets. The grid or grate style configuration allows for the product to ‘cascade’ through the assembly of high-strength magnetic bars. The product comes in direct contact with the bars and magnetic contamination is washed to the underside of the bars where the contaminants are safely retained until the magnet is cleaned.
