Injection molding magnet is characterized by not only unipolar magnetization in the axial direction, but also multi-stage magnetization in the radial direction, but also composite magnetization in the axial and radial direction. The product has smooth appearance, high dimensional accuracy, good consistency, no follow-up processing, stable performance, shock resistance and shock resistance. The product can be complicated. The binder used for injection magnets is thermoplastic, and there are two types of binder in the market: nylon (PA) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). It is insoluble in any known solvent below 200 C. Compared with PPS, the latter is more conducive to use in higher temperature and harsher environment.
