The HSMAG magnetic tube separator is commonly used to separate all magnetic metals and inspects bulk materials that are either dry or free flowing. The material that is magnetized either falls freely or is conveyed through a pump. This magnetic tube separator is characterized by its capability to split ferrous materials and its quick and easy delivery time. It can be mounted in any
position in the bulk material stream and possesses an optimum magnetic force that is able to split even weak magnetized stainless steel.
Characteristics: permanent magnet
Other characteristics: easy cleaning
Magnetic rod is frequently used as test tool for presence of metal impurities in your material. Every rod is equipped with very strong permanent magnets NdFeB. All you have to do to separate metal impurities quickly from the rod is to pull the handle – metal impurities spontaneously fall down. This solution is simple, cost effective and practical at the same time.
What makes magnetic rods important? They improve quality of your goods (ISO 9000), help you avoid complaints from customers and protect your production technology including other equipment.
