Injection Molding Ferrite Magnets is available by molding compound of barium or strontium ferrite magnet powder and chosen thermal plastic. The molding process is executed by an injection machine what is mostly modified with function of generating a magnetic field for making anisotropic magnet. Injection ferrite magnet also can be made with isotropic property. It is with good mechanical properties and high edge strength. Up to now PPS or PA (mainly PA6 or PA12) are of the best option due to good combination of physical strength, corrosion resistance, water absorption, solvent resistance, max using temperature and ease of processing. Beside axial magnetization, anisotropic injection ferrite magnet can be diametrically magnetized with multi poles. Incorporate injection of magnet together with other parts for example shaft or bearing bush etc is also practicable to save further assembling cost.
