The HSRCDFJ series oil forced circulation self-cleaning electromagnetic separator is designed for continuous operations under less than ideal environments that may include severe conditions such as dust, fog, and humidity. The introduction of this electromagnetic iron separator has effectively solved long standing problems separators have had with suction, acclimation, and heat release.

1. Our electromagnetic separators have incorporated advanced technology involving oil forced circulation and applied it practically to the medium or large transformer. This new technology enables low temperature (≤40℃) rise and has been proven to be both reliable and safe.

HSRCDFJ series forced oil cooling suspended self-cleaning cross belt magnetic separator is electromagnetic separator that applies to occasions with particularly high iron removal requirements in coal conveying ports, large-scale thermal power plants, coal mines, etc. It is suspended above large conveyor belt to effectively eliminate detonator, lead wire and other small iron pieces in the coal, and can work in dusty, humid, seriously salt spray corrosive and other harsh environments. There are seven kinds of specifications for magnetic filed intensity at rated suspension height: 90 mT, 120 mT, 150 mT, 175 mT, 200mT, 225 mT and 250 mT.
