Bonded NdFeB magnets offers a high energy product with an exceptional resistance to demagnetisation and the operating temperature can be up to 120°C. These magnets are manufactured by binding quick-quenching NdFeB power. The powder is mixed with resin to form a magnet by compression molding with resin to form a magnet by compression molding with epoxy or injection molding with nylon.
Bonded NdFeB magnet is much better than the dry-pressed anisotropic ceramic magnet and injection ferrite magnets. While desgining the motors, it need to be in line with the motor performance requirements: high and low speed torque size, low price, small size to choose.
