This cylindrical NdFeB Deep Pot Magnet with Brass Body, Blue Epoxy features high holding power and small size. It is widely used for holding and lifting.
Brass body, neodymium magnetic core, anisotropic, magnetic surface marked with blue colour, working temperature max. +80°C.
The holding force is determined at room temperature (20°C) on a polished plate made of mild steel with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1 kg ≈ 10 N). Dimension A states the length by which the bar magnet can be shortened without being damaged. The holding force will be reduced up to 15% due to magnetic short circuits, when the bar magnet is mounted into iron directly. In order to avoid this, certain distances between the brass coat of the bar magnet and the iron have to be observed.
