Holding Force Access Control – The electromagnetic lock requires a face to face fitting as shown in the illustration. Otherwise, the holding force will decrease (direction of hydraulic press pull must be collinear).
Install the electromagnetic lock and armature plate in the special test clamp which is designed for a collinear pull-off test. (The lock and clamp assembly are shown in the illustration). The armature plate direction of hydraulic press pull must be “collinear”, and armature plate centers on core.
