T-trap magnetic separators are designed for heavy duty, large volume liquid and semi-liquid line flow systems. The t-trap employs a slip-in cage of stainless steel permanent magnetic tubes, which capture ferrous tramp metal particles and improve the purity of the Pipeline Magnet

Our range of Magnetic Traps separators is tailor made for liquid/slurry materials and are meant for heavy duty bulk liquid line flow structures. The position of the magnet tubes is in such a manner that the captured tramp metal particles travel to the back of the tubes where these stay protected from wash off till the tubes are cleaned. The magnet cage is equipped with positioning lungs that assist with locating recesses in the body of the T-Trap avoiding rotation as liquid flows through the trap. With top access bolt on steel plate and seal, the T-Trap is simple to clean. Magnetic Trap is designed in such a manner that it can be easily wiped and installed. These are available in 7 standard line sizes which vary from 1 to 18 inches in diameter.

Pipeline Magnet (Liquid Line Separator) is designed to attract fine ferrous particles such as rust from fluid flows in a pipeline with no appreciable pressure drop or reduction in flow rates.

The material used for construction is the 304 or 316 stainless steel; the unit is simply connected to the existing pipeline via flanged or threaded ends. Liquid Traps may be installed horizontally, vertically, or at an angle that won’t affect their magnetic efficiency.

Magnetic Grill filters the flow and extracts the unwanted ferrous metal. Simple and easy access is possible using the quick release lid.
