ALP Lifting Pin Profile Magnetic Plates – Urethane recess members that securely hold ALP Lifting Pin anchors in place while the concrete product is poured and cured. The urethane recess member is attached to the magnetic profile holding plate on locating rods and the plate is mounted to the steel form wall with very powerful magnets that eliminate the need for drilling holes in the form for mounting screws or welding the plate to the form. This magnetic based process can significantly reduce form setup time and form re-configurability, thereby, improving process efficiency and reducing production costs.
