Shuttering Magnet Box is very convenient of use. Merely fix the shuttering magnets to position and push down the knob and the magnet will tightly hold the platform. The remove of the Shuttering Magnet is pend on a lifting lever (crowbar).
Precast concrete magnets,or shuttering magnet, is commonly used in civil engineering works.The shuttering magnet is the best solution for quickly build concrete formworks.
The Concrete Magnet is composed of steel armature, big magnet with push and pull knob.The hold force of the concrete magnets is ranging from 450 up to 3100 kg.

The sequence of build and apply a concrete formwork
1.Welded steel panels on collapsible platform. (or on ground)
2.Build a frame structure on the steel panel.
3.Install adapters to concrete magnets.
4.Connect metal frame with the Box Magnet.
5. Ingress the concrete into the concrete formwork.
– Exclude the concrete magnet from formwork system is very convenient, by using a magnet lifting lever(magnet crowbar )the knob (together with magnet) could be easily pulled up.
Precast concrete shuttering magnet is a new magnetic assemby which is used to fix the framework in precast industry. The assembly consists of some strong neodymium magnets and steel plates which form to certain designed magnetic circuit. This magnetic circuit provides very much stronger attraction force to any ferrous workpiece. But the magnetic power is shielded and controled by the thick metal box. We develop the push ON/OFF button to open or close the magnetic power outside of the metal box.
This flexible system saves time, money and manpower. And we just developed the new style with force 1200KGS but the weight of the magnet is only 5.5 kg, and the size is 32X9X6cm, compare to bigger 1800KGS magnet box size 32X12X6cm, it is middle size and more economic for your applications.
