SmCo Block Magnets, Rectangular SmCo Magnet, Rotor Motor Permanent Magnets, Samarium Cobalt Square Block Cube Rectangle Shaped Magnets China supplier factory

Samarium Cobalt SmCo block magnets are highly coercive with excellent corrosion resistance and are commonly used at sensors or other devices where the magnet needs to operate in high temperatures. They are axially magnetized and have a tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm with a maximum temperature of 350 °C (662 °F). SmCo block magnets can provide holding forces ranging from approximately 1 kg to over 15 kg depending on the specifications.

SmCo rectangular / block magnets are produced using the rare earth material samarium-cobalt and are available in different grades such as YXG28H YXG26. They can be used in various industries like automotive, aerospace, medical, military, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor, wind power, oil and energy due to their magnetic stability in extreme temperatures.

It is important to note that special safety precautions should be taken when handling and packaging SmCo magnets due to their hardness, brittleness, and high magnetic strength. They can snap together with great force and chip or break if dropped. Therefore, they require careful handling to prevent injuries or damages to the magnets.

HSMAG SmCo blocks offer superior magnetic properties compared to other permanent magnet materials due to their high resistance to corrosion or demagnetization. They are ideal for technical applications where magnetic stability is critical in extreme temperatures and space is a limiting factor.
