Magnetic Rubber Chamfer, Rubber Magnetic Chamfers, flexible rubber chamfer magnet strip, Triangular Magnetic Chamfer For Precast Concrete Industry

The rubber magnetic chamfers are made of flexible magnet strip and it is used to create a chamfer in the process of prefabricated concrete. You can flexible and easily use them to form chamfer if the steel formwork has no chamfer designed. It provide fast and accurate placement of exactly fitting chamfers in Steel formwork construction. Simply position the magnetic strip on the formwork table, the built in magnets securely hold it in position, no screws, no bolts or welding are necessary.

Rubber magnetic chamfer is not only lighter than the iron chamfer, but also bendable, in the actual production and use of great convenience. At the same time rubber magnetic force is relatively strong, manufacturing is relatively simple, short delivery time, the price is cheaper than the strong magnet. We can easily produce 5X5MM, 8X8MM, 10X10MM, 15X15MM and other sizes, please contact us to discuss.

Rubber magnetic chamfer is a important part of prefabricated concrete system, the main purpose of the design is to effectively protect the mold. During normal prefabrication, when the concrete slowly fills the mold (after the height of the mold is parallel), there will be some concrete that will overflow from the mold, and the spilled concrete will flow to the side of the mold Corner angle, often do not clean up, it will affect the mold life. This magnetic chamfer is a good solution to this problem. Before the pre-pouring, using this magnetic chamfer installed in the corner of the mold, and then pouring concrete, those out of the concrete will flow to the magnetic chamfer, After the whole pouring process, we can remove the chamfer from the mold.

So magnetic chamfer strip is very important for PC Industry.
