Magnetic Fixing Plates, Magnetic Nailing Plates for Precast Concrete Magnet, Magnetic Socket Holder, Magnetic Plates for Precast Threaded Socket System

HSMAG Magnetic Fixing Plates (also kown as Magnetic Nailing Plates, Magnetic Socket Holder) is the best choose to fix sockets inserts to steel formwork if your precast concrete mold is steel. It can reuse many times. magnet socket holder need a plane surface on the steel formwork. Oil surface will protect the magnetic socket. The sockets or inserts must be thread together, then magnetic force to steel formwork or mold. The magnet adhesion area must be clean and unevenness must be removed so that the adhesion force is not reduce. Any heating of the magnet socket holderis not admissible, or the magnetic will be damaged.

Magnetic Plate Application

The magnetic plate is used to fix the socket anchors to the formwork, magnetic fixing plates and holders are used in conjunction with steel shuttering and moulds. Thread sizes M/Rd12 to M/Rd52 are available. Dimension: Diameter size 60mm to 135mm, Height size 12mm and 15mm. The magnetic plate is made of magnet and steel, it allows the head of the lifter to bear on the concrete during diagonal and transverse lifting. The magnets have very stromg adhesion properties resulting in a functional, long lasting solution. Bespoke nailing plates can be produced on request.
