Three Types of Ferrite Magnet and Its Respective Use

According to different production processes, ferrite permanent magnet materials can be divided into three types: sintered ferrite magnet, bonded ferrite (Rubber magnet) and injection molded ferrite. According to different orientations of magnetic crystals, these three types of processes can be divided into Isotropic and allotropic magnets.

1. The main raw materials of sintered ferrite include BaFe12O19 and SrFe12O19. According to the different orientation of magnetic crystal, they are divided into isoperimetric and isoperimetric magnets. Because of its low price and moderate magnetic properties, it has become the most widely used magnet. The annual output is over 300 tons. Ferrite magnet is made by ceramic technology, and its texture is also hard and brittle. Because of its good temperature resistance and low price, ferrite magnet has become the most widely used permanent magnet.

2. Injection ferrite is a kind of magnet formed by injection molding process after the mixture of ferrite powder and resin (PA6 / PA12 / PA66 / PPS). The characteristics of injection ferrite are that it can be magnetized by axial monopole, radial multistage, and axial radial composite. The product is smooth and flawless in appearance, high in size accuracy, good in consistency, no need for follow-up processing, stable in performance, earthquake resistance and impact resistance, and complex in product. It is an indispensable signal source and constant magnetic source for precision micromotor and automation industry, and has advantages that other magnets cannot replace and compare. Mainly used in automation equipment, permanent magnet DC motor, axial fan, variable frequency air conditioning motor, instrument motor and other fields.

3. Rubber magnet is one of the series of ferrite magnetic materials. It is a soft, elastic and twisted magnet made of bonded ferrite powder and synthetic rubber by extrusion, calendering, injection molding and other processes. It can be processed into strip, roll, sheet and various complex shapes. Rubber magnet is composed of magnetic powder (sro6fe2o3), polyethylene (CPE) and other additives (ebso, DOP), etc. it is made by extrusion and rolling. Rubber magnetic material can be of the same sex or different sex. It is made of ferrite magnetic powder, CPE and some microelements. It can be bent, twisted and rolled. It can be used without more machining, and can also be shaped according to the required size. Rubber magnet can also be PVC, back glue, UV oil, etc. according to customer requirements. Its magnetic energy product is between 0.60 and 1.50 mgoe. Application fields of rubber magnetic materials: refrigerators, information stands, fasteners for fixing objects on metal bodies for advertising, etc., and magnetic disks for toys, teaching instruments, switches and sensors. Mainly used in micro motor, refrigerator, disinfection cabinet, kitchen cabinet, toys, stationery, advertising and other industries.
