Sintered Ndfeb Magnets Brief Introduction
Sintered NdFeB magent has been commercially available since Novermber 1983. NdFeB magnets offer the highest energy product of any material today and are available in very wide range of shapes, sizes and grade.

Neodymium Iron Boron(Nd-Fe-B), the most powerful Rare Earth magnets available today, possesses high energy ranging from 8 MGOe to 64MGOe and wonderful coercive force. As the third generation of Rare Earth permanent magnet, NdFeB products are less brittle than SmCo, Nd-Fe-B magnet is widely used in motor, instrument, aviation and the hightech field.
The application of bonded neodymium material in motors is wide spread too for its great flexibility of producible shapes and magnetization orientations. For example, we produced and magnetized a diameter 30mm ring shape bonded NdFeB magnet into 16 poles and 32 poles through diameter, which is not achievable for any other sintered permanent magnetic material.
