The Spinbar® Pyrex Glass, Spinbar® High Torque, Spinfinity® Long Lasting, Spinbar® Cuvette, Spinbar® Capsule stir bars and the Centering Beaker with Cover offer different materials for different performance, designs for specific tasks, or protective and centering features.

The Spinbar® Pyrex Glass encapsulated magnet has zero absorption and can handle temperatures to 274 °C, the Spinbar® High Torque uses a rare earth Samarium Cobalt magnet to increase torque transmission two to three times over standard stir bars, the Spinfinity® Long Lasting stir bar use a more abrasion resistant construction for abrasive slurries, the Spinbar® Cuvette conveniently fits a standard 10 mm spectrophotometer cuvette (as well as round bottom test tubes) and delivers aeration free mixing, the Spinbar® Capsule is for gentle mixing and protection of probes, and the Centering Beaker with Cover is designed to control the position of the stir bar.
